About WINGS
WINGS is a state-certified family violence program that provides a range of services, including a twenty-four hour crisis line, emergency shelter, legal advocacy, weekly support groups, and monthly family activities for our primarily rural seven-county service area (Laurens, Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Telfair, Wilcox, Wilkinson).
Services
The goal of WINGS’ services is to empower families to make their own decisions regarding their lives. WINGS provides information, encouragement, and support with the intention of enabling victims to provide a safe and stable environment for themselves and their children.
How to Help
It is only with the support of the community that WINGS can effectively serve the families who seek help. There are many ways that you can be a part of the clients’ success. From sponsoring a supply drive to providing child care, each effort makes a difference.
